Static magnetic field exposure to bacteria and analysis of DNA, protein, and lipid changes |
Details |
|
E. coli and Staph aureus bacteria were exposed to static magnetic fields at 10 T and analyzed via Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with cluster analysis. the authors report exposure had more significant effects on E. coli than S. aureus on the composition and conformation of nucleic acids, proteins, and fatty acids. |
