P19 embryonal carcinoma cells were exposed to 50 Hz sinusoidal ELF at 1mT or 10 mT during the process of differentiation in cell culture. The authors report increased MAP2 staining and decreased GFAP staining by immunohistochemical analysis and increased spike frequencies following 10 mT but not 1 mT exposure.
