Neural stem cells from neonatal rats were exposed to 0.1 Hz at 0.5-10 T using high pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) signal. Proliferation in cells exposed at 3 T and 4 T was higher than control and other exposed groups, suggesting growth promotion. In contrast, exposure at 6, 8, and 10 T resulted in decreased proliferation compared with controls. |
