Model Meta-analysis of 50 Hz ELF studies and correlation with female breast cancer

Meta-analysis of ELF exposure - breast tumor case-control (15) and cohort (2) epidemiology studies with 24,338 cases and a cutoff at 2 microT of exposure. No significant correlations were observed, and the authors report the following correlations (OR = 0.988, 95% CI 0.898-1.088 overall; OR = 1.017, 95% CI 0.923-1.120 for residential exposure; OR = 0.933, 95% CI 0.790-1.101 for occupational exposure; OR = 1.004, 95% CI 0.925-1.089 for electric blanket exposure; OR = 1.067, 95% CI 0.811-1.402 for premenopausal; OR = 1.030, 95% CI 0.862-1.230 for postmenopausal; OR = 0.963, 95% CI 0.754-1.230 for ER-positive; OR = 0.764, 95% CI 0.567-1.029 for ER-negative.
